My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location is perfect, right at the center of Holbox with easy access to natural habitats and close to everything. However, the room I stayed in had some issues such as facing the main plaza and the bar playing loud music every night, and the shower head being clogged. The service was friendly overall, although I encountered a bit of reluctance from the staff at times. The dining experience offered traditional Greek products, which was a nice touch. The facilities were adequate, but there were some drawbacks like noise from the rooftop bar. The price was reasonable for what was offered, though not all aspects fully met my expectations.
